What ever happened to the CineMek?

What ever happened to the CineMek? It seemed that it was going to the be the really hot 35mm adapter. I think I saw some footage from one person on this website (maybe two), and that was it. They still have a website, but it hasn't changed.

It seems that The M2 and the Brevis are the hot sellers.

Anyone have any info?

Ah yes . . . the Guerilla35 (G35). They went dark a long time ago. No idea what happened (or is happening) with them.

There was a used beta G35 unit on sale in the marketplace here not so long ago. You could own a little piece of history :)

There was something going on the board a while ago about a new vibrating version for hd cameras but that was a while ago.

I was a Beta tester for the G-35. It was a realy nice unit and I shot some nice looking footage that made it onto the Wizard of Oz three DVD set that I produced for Warner Bros. about 2.5 years ago. That was all on the DVX-100 though, I know it was a static GG adapter at that point. They discovered that they needed to have a vibrating or rotating GG with HD. At that point, it all died. Not sure why.
