What Dvd program for title menus?

Hello I'm sending my 60 min feature Acadamy standard of course to a B-List distribution company and I'm trying to make this thing look very professional.

I will send them a final copy on dvd should it by -R or +

What program should I use and how much does it cost? For Title menus.

Also for out put is there anything besides exporting at the highest quality and de-interlacing should help bring out a professional look.

Xl2 24p
Adobe Pro for editing and color correction.

If you use Adobe Encore you can easily integrate it with Photoshop to do your menu design. If you know someone who is handy with Photoshop you can turn out some great menus and easily jump back and forth to tweak as you author the disc.

Encore 1.5 will work just fine and is currently $99 (amazon)
