What do You use to edit with?

Just filmed a feature on DVX100A (not HD) and have a $1500 - $1700 budget for an editing system. What do you use (both system and program) and what do you recommend? Thanks for your input!! :dankk2:
 
1500 aint much for a system and an NLE. For the DVX, get Vegas. It is the best suited for the DVX and 24p, and is cheaper than the other NLEs.
