I know its old, but sometimes the older mics have a warmer sound. I am not as expierienced in the audio dept and would love for someone who is to help me out.

I had 2 EV Mics from way way back in the day (before my time, heh, 664s)... and they were great, strange, bendalicious and chrometastic. But, I dont think I would recommend using vintage gear daily... it tends to not hold up because its already lived a full life. If you have it, baby it, save it, love it, take a Audio Technica 4073 to the field. My opinion.
