what do you guys think of my demo reel

I'd say cut it a little shorter. Towards the end I felt that it got a little monotonous, which isn't necessarily you're fault since there's only so many ways to shoot a stage. But otherwise yeah, looks pretty decent. You could do with some filters/looks though, just to tidy up the footage.
 
what do you mean grade it?
see thats exactly what i was thinking about cutting it shorting... near the end im like... it kinda drags on a bit... should i try to keep it under a minute?
should i cut out the timelapses?

what type of filters should i use?... i find my xh a1 is not very good for low light so sometimes the footage is kinda grainy witch sucks cuz it will be a sick shot but grainy... should i use that? is there anything i really can do to get ride of it except more light ?
