what do i do to get the rebate?

so i just got my dvx in the mail the other day and i've since registered it on the panasonic site...what else do i need to do in order to eventually get my rebate, tapes, battery, etc? sorry if this is a dumb question, i just didn't come across it in any posts and don't want to miss out. thanks.
 
I hear the rebate dance helps. Wait for the full moon though... otherwise it's pointless.
 
pana just updated their site to where it shows the correct amount im supposed to be refunded. :) at first it said i was getting $300 back, now its $500! :) now i just have to wait until it comes in the mail.
 
Patience. This is a lost art in Amercian society. I was in your position up until last week. Then I got the final installment of the rebate, the battery and tapes! OH YEAH BABY! Thanks panasonic.
 
Anyone have any idea why a purchase date of 10/04/2005 would bounce the online rebate form with the error message: "The purchase date that you entered is outside with the dates of this rebate offer."? The cutoff is supposed to be 10/31/2005, yeah?

I wish I could get my rebate to go through. I keep getting an Invalid serial number response. I bought the dvx from Rush at evs. And I left a message with panasonic. I know the rebate is going to take a while to come so I am trying to get it through as quickly as possible. Rebates are a pain... until you get the check... then they are lovely.
