what do file/setting do you guys render out to dvd (SD)

I need to render a 5 minute clips to dvd what do I need to set to..

I try to rendered out as mp2 ae won't let me do.... I try to rendered out as mp2 dvd all I get what a DVD.XMP file

use the export to encore function
it will create a burnable mpeg-4 file and open it in a project within encore ready to author a menu

it's final cut pro.....I'm in cs3 ,, how do I export encore
