What DAC under $150 will you recommend for my PC with SWAN M200ii and ATR-2100x Mic?

The speakers are small and unknown to me but for recording purposes Bluetooth is not something we would want because of its latency. Bluetooth can be reasonable quality but delay is built in, and recording, especially with mics requires low latency or it’s very off putting. The audio technical mic is usb? This means you don’t need an interface as the basic one is built into the mic. Personally, I’d want to replace both for wired versions, maybe with a scarlet budget interface? For replay and general playing music the speakers might sound ok I don’t know, but putting a mic on a drum could result in you hearing a very defined delay via the Bluetooth. Have you got an example of anything recorded with the mic. AT can usually be categorised as bright mics. Does this fit you music? Before we spend your money you must tell us more.
