What compressor should I use?

I'm exporting to Quicktime using Premiere Pro CS3. I want high-image quality without the HUGE file size.
Is Sorenson Video 3 a good way to go? Planar RGB makes too big a file and they both look pretty much the same.

There are a million compressor options in Premiere...what should I use? Thanks.

I'm shooting Mini DV...DVX100B.
My source in this case is the web.
My client wants "DV quality." Not sure what that means exactly.

"DV quality" means nothing, it's another term for "give me the best quality you got."

You're not going to get good Quicktime exporting out of PPro, its QT compressor isn't that good.

Invest in Quicktime Pro ($30) and render out of Premiere as Microsoft avi with the compressor set to None. Then import into QTPro and export out as h.264 with a bitrate of 2000 kb-3000kb/s
