what combo card and broadcast monitor to get?

Hi there,

Your experience or two sents will be appreciated. I mainly shoot 720p50 on p2 cards.

I'm editing on a PC system with the CS3 products (Production Studio). And I now have the budget to purchase a proper setup to do proper color correctiing/grading on.

What would you recommend to use, or not to use?

I think the options are as follows:

INTERFACE:

1a) Matrox Axio HD or 1b) BlackMagic DeckLink HD Extreme

MONITOR:

2a) JVC DT-V17L2DU or 2b) the Panasonic BT-LH1700W.

I'm leaning towards the BlackMagic Decklink HD Extreme with the Panasonic BT-LH1700W.

OR maybe you have better options?
