what color is this

Im studying the often monochrome grading of steven soderberg because I want to do similar in my work.

what color is this? (the overall color cast, mainly in the sky and water)?

Im not joking I literally cannot tell what color it is

is it like a pale yellow going into green to create a gold effect?

I'm seeing it as right in between green and yellow. Olive/mustard. But definitely a lot of green in this color.

A photoshop sampling of the sky (where you'd expect the clouds to be pure white or close to it) shows red 221, green 227, blue 137.

My next question was gonna be what's the motivation (color temperature, etc) for such a wierd look.

Im guessing its supposed to be like a "golden sun" kinda vibe but yeah....theres green in there.

You should get a couple answer in it, and maybe reading this should help as well to determine what color you should be aiming at.
Usually, colder/blueish is more for depressive tone/feel, as opposite to yellow like in this case:
