What card is shipping with the new HVX 200a/HPX 170?

[Ronster]

I was just wondering if anyone had the word on which card is shipping with the new HVX 200a's and HPX 170's??????

is it the 16 gig "R" Series cards or the 16 gig "E" series card?

is there anyone we can ask before we buy one so we know??????

I second that question... any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

The big banner on the front page of DVXUser shows a picture of an "E" card, so I'm pretty certain it's an "E".

i checked out b and h and i noticed the hvx 200a had the "R" series still but the hpx 170 didn't specify

so it seems the hpx 170 is "E" and the 200a is "R"

any confirmations or thoughts?

In the newest models shipping from the factory, both include "E" series.

If anyone has an "R", it's a leftover unit from when they were shipping with "R".
