What can I mount on the Kessler Pocket Dolly to get the camera higher up?

Hey everyone. Just got a Kessler Pocket Dolly 2.0 and I love it. The only problem is, I ordered it with the Giottos MH621 release plate and nothing else so, when I dolly in or out from my subject, after a certain point, you see the track because the camera is flat mounted. What can I buy that I can mount to the Pocket Dolly that will raise the camera up about 5 or 6 inches off the track so I can dolly in or out without seeing the track? Something not too expensive... less than $100? Thanks.

How bout a Manfrotto 701? Over $100, but pretty useful.

The MH7001 Ball Head works with the MH621 Q/R and will get your camera up a few inches. The 100mm bowl hi hat is another option.
