Didn't even need to watch the video. It's in the thumbnail.
EDIT: But after watching, I can tell you that is an Arri Alexa with an Arri MB, TV Logic onboard monitor, and Oconnor sticks in the neighborhood of a 2575, etc. They are wireless monitoring using a Teradek bolt system, and are using AB bricks, although they are also clearly on a block as well, as one can see the Alexa power cable is leading down the head to what must be a 24v block on the ground.
The wide angle lens they are using I can't identify, but it's WIDE, hence no MB, the very close action to the lens, and the really big front element. It also kind of looks like an old Zeiss T/2.1 10mm or 12mm lens. As for the other lenses, it's hard to see! They aren't anything immediately recognizable. They look like CP.2's in the few shots closer to the camera (0:25). However, at the end, (1:50) it does not look like a CP.2, but something beefier, say a RPP or something. Oh well. Focus is wireless but we never see the puller nor the receiver, so it's impossible to tell what they are using.
Wow, great break down. Thanks Ryan. I know the philosophy is shoot with the best camera you can, and then you have the flexibility to do whatever you want in post. But holy crap did they abuse the footage. You can see it started out all clean and crispy and then they did this to it:
