You really should seek professional help - save yourself the headache and pony up for a lawyer and the appropriate insurance to cover you ass later.
Have you ever seen Supersize Me? Roger and Me? or movies of their ilk? They completely slam corporate America (even filming inside McDonald's while mocking them). In commercials we 'Greek' products other than what we are selling - after all it's an ad for a specific product and why advertise for someone else. Even then do you remember the Coke / Pepsi wars commercials from the 80's?
In all of my other experience - doc's and narrative - we show whatever we want (it is real life after all) and just don't slander the products.
