Using Vegas to render and edit. I'm using MainConcept and want to use VBR to try and lower the file size.
What I don't understand is the Average Bitrate option, what exactly does it do and what should it be set at?
YouTube recommends 8Mbps for 1080 video and people have reported peaks of 10Mbps so I take it I should be rendering at Maximum bitrate of 10Mbps and average of 8Mbps? Also I'm assuming that's 1080 30 so would I have to double it for 1080 60?
Rendering times is not really a problem for me as of now.
