What are the best setting to use in Quicktime, or Compr. for great youtube footage?

I came across this thread today, and I have to say the footage is very clear for YouTube.

I've never saw YouTube footage look so good.

He used Sorenson squeeze.

My question is can you get the same results in Quicktime, or Compressor?

If so, what are the settings?

Really need to know.

...ok so these r the settings:

I use sorenson squeeze with the .flv setting of 1mbps, The codec to be used is "Sorenson Spark Pro" 1-Pass CBR, Frame size is 320 x 240

Thats pretty much it guys, I hope this helps

I followed the instruction and downloaded the settings as the tutorial told me. I was unclear on how to execute the save, but somehow I did it. I'm wondering is it normal for a 3 min. video to take 1hr 30min to process.

Actually no. There was a recent post showing some awesome youtube footage and I want the same quality for my footage.
