Wow. These past two days have been crazy. I went from having two projects in the next two months... To having three more (paying) projects this month alone. I guess in this case, it really comes down to "who you know". It seems cliche but it's true. Knowing the right people, being friendly and flexible, and having decent footage will get you everywhere in this town (or any town, really).
So tomorrow I'm shooting a Harley Davidson show at a race track. I'll be shooting the bikes and interviewing the bikers. Looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. The best part, as always, is that it's a paying gig.
And it looks like I have at least two more paying gigs this month. So yeah... Things are going well. I also have a music video lined up for a friend's band and after that, possibly another music video. Another wedding in June. But yeah... Not much past that.
I still have yet to put up a website or advertise in any way. Word of mouth seems to be doing the trick so far.
