:dankk2: Every time I sit down and start carefully studing these threads I'm awe struck by the amount of information contained in this forum. I spent 2 hours reading the 2nd Audio sticky and learned more about audio than I have in the last 10 years. And there is still 80 more pages just on that sticky. And that is just one thread on Audio and there is a gillion other threads on other subjects. Jeez Louise, I'm getting a college education on film making.

I second that, I started video as a hobby and in 1 month I have learned so much that I actually took a shot at shooting a music video with a co-dvxuser member and it turned out great........ I love this site!!!!!!!!!!

Glad you're finding it so helpful! It's what we strive for, and many many thanks to all the extremely knowledgeable and generous contributors who make this place so helpful!

Dave? Dave is that YOU? Hey... wait a minute! How'd you get in here? Where's your ticket?

kidding... :)

Yes... this is a really great place... I've met some of the coolest people ever.... right here... there are a couple people on these boards that I would consider perhaps the best friends I've ever met... and there are many more extremely high caliber individuals that give information very freely... and just look at any college. Good information is not usually free for the taking.

If you really appreciate this place then all you gotta' do is share respect for other members... search a little for answers before asking a question (sometimes a question is answered just a few threads below a new post with the same question)... oh and one last thing... share respect for other members.

If you hang around this forum for long you'll be surprised where it might take you... we've really got something here. This place is like a neutrino solution that is spawning new and evolving talent all the time... just check out the fests and you can see budding filmmakers implementing the things they learn right here on the boards.

Speaking of that... Welcome Aboard.
