What about G35 ?

Yes. What about G35 adapter, I am even not sure what it is. There are few good examples on the web, seems like some verry expensive lens adapter, incredibile low depth of field. There is not much info about G35 on the web. Can anyone say something about it, price?

The G35 is not a product that you can buy. There's been talk about for years but I seriously doubt if it will ever come to market. Their website (www.cinemek.com) hasn't been updated for almost a year now.

I would suggest that the Go-35 Pro is the heir aparent to the G35's never-occupied throne. It's static, lightweight, fairly priced, and available now.

I have one and I dig it. Is it an M2? No, but my DVX100a isn't an HVX200 either.

Hey Pro,
Do you have any footage you can post using the Go35pro? Would love to see what you've done with it and get feedback on your experience. (I have one on order)

From what I have seen Go35 seems to perform quite much like the older beta of G35. There seems to be at least two different G35 beta version adapters out there. Other one has more diffusion, more light loss and I believe more vignetting but also less grain and better bokeh.

I own a Go35 and so far im quite happy with it. Very sharp and light but tends to get grainier when SLR lens is closed from f2.0-f2.8.

Sorry, I don't have any footage with me right now :(

With lighter lenses it's no problem to run and gun it. Altough I use a homemade support thingie.

..but you can see that this adapter really is sharp edge to edge!

Maybe it's just me but to my eye the fruit and the writing on the bottles look soft.

it shouldnt be, with a DVX the go35 is resoslution loss less. 550 lines naked, 550 lines with the adapter.

I think the image looks soft because of the crappy lens :(

STORYTELLER32: I ordered that rod support system from Geardear.com, and you can also buy that lens support from them. Check out their website!
