What’s the name of support plate for fluid head and grip if mounted on a jib?

I have a Manfrotto 501HDV head with grip that I haven’t used in years. I’d like to mount it to my jib which has various support threads, clamps, etc... I need an arm type support that I can attach the fluid head onto the base legs of the jib. I basically want to use the head without the Manfrotto legs. Thanks

You'd use anything that has (or can adapt) a 3/8 male screw (including a tripod plate that goes into a quick release system).

Weight is an important consideration.

Not sure of your budget, but a clamp or something similar to this could work (with additional pieces to shift orientation):

P.S. That would be just for static, lightweight, unmanned operation.

You'd need a very heavy-duty arm (most likely built into the jib legs) if you were planning on operating the head safely (with a camera on top) and putting pressure on the head.
