WGA registration question? (changes to the script)

I need to register this script but I already plan to change it. I count on making some tweaks to clear up a few small holes in the story but these wouldn't affect the story much at all, they are mostly better justifications for things already in the script.

Should I re-register it or save the money till I make substantial changes?
 
I would wait until you've made all the changes b4 registering it. I'm always wary - I'd hate to register a script (which is then "locked"), and then make changes, pitch the script & have something happen down the line 6 years from now with a producer claiming it's not the "same" script, because of the changes made. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but better to be safe than suicidally sorry!
 
I might be meeting with some people this weekend. Also, wouldn't registering the changed script solve the paranoia? (I am right there with you man)
