It's a Coffee tree, and those little flowers will produce the cherry, which is where you get the bean. Kiss my @$$ $tarbucks!

They also make great flowering houseplants, and recycle more oxygen into the air than most plants. But I just want to drink it.

Hey, that's pretty cool. From seedling to drinking, how long does it take? And how many beans will that produce?

Beautiful...but not my kind of bud! :Drogar-Smoke(DBG):
I also have tobacco growing in the back :)

Rick, it takes a coffee tree about 3-5 years before it will produce the cherries. Fully matured, a tree can put out about 12 lbs a year I think. This is our first harvest, and quite a few of the beans will get replanted, but we might still end up with half a pound, likely less.

Very neat. Although before I read it was a Coffee tree, I was all set and ready to congradulate you on your new cauliflower. The small bud pics look kinda like that as well.
