Wendt x4

Hi all

I have a question on the Wendt X4. There is two output - the multi-pin (L and R with return) as well as Stereo Balanced XLR outputs. My question is, is the XLR outputs and the multi-pin outputs working on the same output transformer? Meaning, if i output to more than 1 recording medium, will the signal levels still be the same or will be split ?

Right now i have a multi-recording medium job and my best bet on it is to get a line distribution amp or an addition mixer. But it seems bulky carrying a piece of extra gear. So i am wondering if i can output to two recording mediums at the same time from my wendt without lowering the signal levels.

any advice will be appreciated. tx.

you will loose about 3 db
when you calibrate the cameras - calibrate while they both hooked
dont disconnect one without calibrate the second
or you can use the unbalance mic level outs so you will e able disconnect
( may be converted to line level with 4 resisstors

ok thanks. i think the easier way out is to just use 1 wireless tx and 3 receivers of same freq to solve all my problems.
