I removed their name. So this is a new one for me.

And less than 2 hrs later I received the 'ol familiar one I have received several times through the years from a different name/address:

I went ahead and left the name on that one since I am 100% certain it's a scam and fake name
 
She sure knows a lot about about that camera and lens. You know, it's funny that she doesn't know a videographer, school, teacher, student, family, organization or church that might be interested,

Tell her I'm interested, but she will have to pay for shipping and give me $100 cash in advance as a reconciliation fee.

Same here, just got the identical email today, I followed up and 'frank' sent this...

Thank you for your prompt response. I am reaching out to request assistance with an upcoming project. Here is the address: 1962 Montgomery Ave Villanova, PA 19085. 1.3ACRES The architect has conducted on-site measurements and is in the process of drafting plans, including landscape designs. However, he requires additional aerial imagery to finalize and submit these plans to the contractors, as these images will be essential for creating an accurate budget for the construction.
I’d appreciate it if you could provide a quote for 5 days of video-graphic site inspection. We anticipate a fast-track construction schedule once the architect provides the blueprints. We expect to complete this phase within a week, with the blueprints available in the second week, allowing us to proceed with construction thereafter.

The architect needs these images to aid in completing his plans and measurements, as well as for documentation purposes.

After the 5 days are completed. I will need you to facilitate monthly visitations for updates on my house to capture overhead video shots and some ground-level footage for site inspection.
