Weird timeline appearance in fcp7

Hi. I was editing using fcp and was using the alt+r shortcut to render when suddenly my timeline's appearance suddenly changed.I don't know if I accidentally clicked another letter.
The clips in the timeline suddenly looked like they were rulers where they show the clip length and then there is quite a distance between layers of both audio and video.

Is there a way to revert back to the classic timeline appearance?

i hope some fcp ninjas here can answer my question...

you have pressed option T instead of option R, Option T enables toggle clip keyframes,
