Weird Photoshop printing problem

I'm trying to print some DVD labels for a film I'm finishing up. The picture is mostly black. However, when I print it it prints with a blue hue. I've tried printing from 2 different computers onto 2 different printers. Any ideas???

I think I figured out the problem. The paper sucked. I got some Staples brand glossy photo paper because it was cheap and it just did not do the job. I ended up printing on matte and once I figured out which side was up, it turned out pretty dang good. Just an FYI in case someone else has this problem.
