Weird lip sync issue...

So I and a producer are having a weird lip flap issues. Recorded a two camera shoot on a HMC150 and AF100 at 720p24. Sync-ed timecode and everything matches up. However, when he brings his copy of the footage into Premiere (CS5.5), both cameras have lip flap in their footage, with the sound being out of sync by a quite few frames. On my computer my copies of the footage are fine. The temporary solution is to use media encoder to convert everything to AVC-I 100 720p24 so as to preserve time-code. However, that takes a nice chunk of hard-drive space.

This the second time I've run into this... in Japan last year with two HMC150's, I ran into the same issue on my laptop a couple of times. I was shooting seven sessions of a conference, and two of them had the same lip flap issues (I was running CS 5.0.2 at the time). When I got home to the States and tried to start from scratch with different copies of the footage, the same issues popped up on my desktop with the same sessions.

The only constant between the two cases was one of the HMC150's, and 720p24. With this latest issues, we deleted the .xmp files and tried to start a new project from scratch to no avail before trying AVC-I. In Japan, I tried the same thing plus deleting the caches files with little success.

Has anyone else run into this before?
