Weird- FCP takes a dump ¿?¿

Was installing a newly acquired set of Red Giant plug-ins and now FCP won't start up.
No 'relaunch' will get it going.
Can't figure it out.

Rather than re-up the whole install- is there a quick fix (like grabbing something out of the Library and letting it rebuild from there??)

Running on an Intel Mac with the latest OS (10.5.6).

I'll answer my own question.

Just retraced my steps and pulled the subject items out of the Library.
FCP works just fine now.

Will contact RG about the problem.

Which RG plugins were those? Perhaps an older version not compatible with your version of FCP or vice versa?

Yeah, that's what RG is saying.
I bought the package at the Apple Store, off the shelf.
Says compatible with Intel iMac.
They're shipping me out a new box, gratis.
