Weird artifacts

Hi , am working in Final Cut pro and I output trough HDMI black Magic.
As I make a 16.9 pal version for DVD I notice some little artifacts in highlights such as on crome
things and bright white borders, some stripes are noticeable sort of aliasing.
In Pal SD I can understand due compression codec? but it schould not be in HD 720P.
Does anyone has some experience with that?

Chromatic abberation is a lens artefact. It's more likely moire or an interlacing artefact.

Also make sure you're keeping everything at broadcast safe- once you go over the IRE limit especially on DVD highlights look pretty horrible?
