Weights for the EZ FX Jib Arm

I just purchased the EZFX Jib for use with my HVX200, and I'm picking it up tomorrow. I need to know how much weight will be needed for it though, and preferably in which configuration. Does any of you guys have experience with this?

I use about 30 pounds of weight with my EZFX Jib and HVX200. It can vary depending on the head you are using, is there a 35 mm adapter, what cables are attached, etc.

I bought the following

10 pound weights: 2
5 pound weights: 2
2 1/2 pound weights: 2
1 pound weight: 1

With the above combo I have always been able to get a good counterbalance.

Weigh your camera and accessories plus the head that you will use the camera on. Add 5 or 10 lbs to that amount to counterbalance the weight of the jib and you should be good.
