Weezer's New Album - Make Believe

I'm a blue and pinkerton fantatic and just got make believe yesterday. While it has some throw aways its not that bad. I still feel a little blue mixed with some pinkerton in this one. Much better than the last two.

Anyone listen to this?

YES. I've had it for a few "weeks" now. Not too bad. I'm also a Blue & Pinkerton *purist* though.

Hey, me too (purist)! I saw them a few years back in San Diego, when they were touring for their comeback "green" album. They disappointed me with their total lack of enthusiasm for the classic stuff ... Jimmy Eat World was far better that night; sadly, their set was much too short.

I've only heard that "Beverly Hills" single, and it makes me shake my head in dismay. Is the rest of the album better?

Much better. Beverley Hills just doesn't sound like weezer. The rest of the tracks are pretty good, most of them anyway.
