I started a wee film making blog, focusing on the positive can do attitudes, clever ideas, things I think are cool and the like.
Anyway thought it might be of interest to some of you. I don't profess to be an expert, I just wanted to share some of the info I had and what some of the people I work with are doing.
I think we can often get very gear focused (I know I can) so I wanted to avoid the gear stuff, its covered very comprehensively on other sites. I plan on talking to other film makers about there projects as often as I can and put up the raw interviews. Ill keep them raw so I can get it up quickly, I don't have a huge amount of time as it is so its hard to put time aside for a wee project like this. The other thing i wanted to do was give a clear description of the things Ive learned on each shot as it can often seem quite mystifying until you understand it.
If you have any feed back, I'm keen to hear it.
Its the first time Ive tried anything like this so there are a lot of things that I'm sure I'll change over time.
Anyway take a look, let me know what you think : http://www.anycamerawilldo.com/
