Web Video server?

I don't know what it's called but we are looking to for a company similar to YouTube. We want to be able to upload our videos to a website then be able to embed them to our website via a flash player or some type of universal player so someone won't have to have quicktime or windows media player. We are looking to pay a fee so it is high quality and not destroyed like YouTube. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Just started using blip.tv Seems to not mess up video at all and its still free. Heres some HVX footage I put up earlier. Looks pretty dead on to what I shot for me - http://blip.tv/file/186137/

Would I be able to get the right flash format out of after effects or FCP? Is it possible to embed the flash player into our webpage? (with out having to open a new window to watch the movie?)

Yes and yes, After effects 7 can export directly to flash, and you can embed with a basic flash embed script like this

<embed src="/javascript_to_flash.swf" quality=high
width=366 height=142
type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?
P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash"name="myFlash" swLiveConnect="true"></embed></object>

Excellent, It worked. The only other thing is how to get controls for the video. We just want a play/pause button for the user. Is there another code so we can have controls that float over the video? Thanks for any info.
