Web page help please....

Hi -

Newbie here, I'm making a web page and have a few questions about some roadblocks. First, can anyone tell me or point me in the direction of a site that explains how to stream .mov or .mpg files? I need to put clips of my work on the web page, and I always like it better when the files stream or play progressively rather than when they open to a blank white page while it loads the entire movie in the background. Any help would be great.

The last question is about opening a target_blank in a constrained window. Preferably what I want to do is have the mpg or .mov open embedded in a pop up window that is the exact size of the movie. AS it is I can open a new window with a target blank but it opens in an entire full new window and that looks second rate compared to the web pages that open their movies in a viewer if you know what I mean.

So if you could send me the instructions or the java code to make the target blank open in a constrained window that would be awesome. Or point me to a page where they tell you how to make this happen.

dreamweaver has all the popup controls built in that you'll need. Look up the behavior panel, and you can set it all there
 
Kai, you are the F'ing man, thank you very much. I feel so ****ing stupid, but I knew there was no way that target_blank was the extent of the link options a program like dreamweaver would have. Once again, thank you, and now I'll go enter in a target_dumbass for myself.
