Ok ... just got off the phone with Hostmonster. Turns out there was a misunderstanding when I spoke with them the first time. The problem was that I had a copyright violation. I had the photoshop install files on there (it was in a secure folder, just made it easier for me to get it to my work computer), but I forgot to remove it when I was done.
Once I clear that they say I can have my account back. So I am once again a major proponent of Hostmonster. They have great prices, great performance (blew my 1and1 account away in upload performance for the fest mirrors, that's why I switched) and I would recommend them to anyone.
