In the top bar of the window I noticed it has the path to the .mov file in it. Is there a way to display other text in there?

If there is a path in the title bar, you did something wrong. In the head of your page, there should be the tag <Title> </Title>, and your page name or text goes between the tags.

I know that in a normal html page that <Title>BELL</Title> would put "BELL" as the title but for the "pop-up" page that will come up by using Owen's code I'd like that page to have a title in it. Where in Owen's code should <Title>BELL</Title> go in order to accomplish this?

Another useful tool for embedding video into a web page is vPIP (videos Playing In Place). The link can be a text or image link. Just create the page like you would any other. The only difference would be that it is going to open in a specified window, as in Owen's example, MyTestWin.
