Guess they noticed no one was using it anymore, after the initial ooh-aah wore off.

[Jay Rodriguez]

never used it, is it a good browser?

[vidled]

Hey coffee,
aye, it's pretty decent.
I use it, FireFox and OffByOne.

[Jay Rodriguez]

ever try MYIE2 ? that's what I've been using for the past two years and I love it....

[vidled]

Hey. Nope, never tried that one, but I did just check into it, and it looks pretty cool. They now call it Maxthon apparently, and from what I read, it is M$ IE based, in other words it uses the Internet Explorer engine and wraps its own little do-hickies around that...not that there's anything wrong with that!! ;-)

One of the simplest browsers I know is OffByOne ( http://offbyone.com ). It's a stand-alone program that doesn't rely on any other browser, about 1.3MB big, IIRC, which means it can fit on a floppy (remember those? ;-)
It's VERY simple, but won't display all the fancy pages of course.

Cheers.
