Watermarks?

I am getting ready to send screener copies of my film to several distribution companies, and I want to protect it. Anybody have some ideas on how to do a watermark, or how have some of you done it in the past? Thanks!

At the recommendation of our distributor we put "FOR SCREENING ONLY" (without quotes) along the bottom of the picture. On for 90 seconds, off for 90 seconds...repeat for the duration of the movie.
