watercolor look

I've been playing around a lot with a letus economy and I seem to be getting a watercolor look on all my shots. Even the stuff that's supposed to be in focus. It looks like I put a watercolor affect on the whole thing. It's got to be a focusing issue. I have a hard time believing that that's what it's supposed to look like, butI can't seem to get away from it, even when I stop it down to get clearer shots (thus loosing my depth of feild of coarse...)

Need to see some grabs. Do your focus marks line up with measurements from the ground glass? Do your wide angle lenses focus on infinity? Have you focused your camera on the ground glass properly? If not, it could be back focus.
