not sure if there is a thread on this. just saw the film by larry clark, the director of kids. the film itself was very weak, but i was quite impressed by the how good it looked. the film was made with the xl2 and personally thought it looked great.

I saw this movie. I agree that the movie generally wasnt very good at all. It seemed like he was trying to reimagine "kids" and it didnt work. It did look good though visually for something shot with the XL2.

this movie did suck, and it was embarrassing to watch being a skateboarder myself. this film is another reason why feature films about skateboarding/skateboarders don't mix, no matter what you do or who you are you aren't going to get it right
