Warrior (2011)

The movie is much, MUCH better than what the trailer might lead you to think.

I always like Tom Hardy, and he is really quite good here. Overall, a very solid film.

To quote Ebert "This is a rare fight movie in which we don't want to see either fighter lose".

Note: the trailer does spoil the 3rd act...

I agree it was excellent!

I liked it but thought it was still very formulaic.Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton were excellent. It's a strange world we live in when an A+ actor like Joel rarely finds a lead role but Sam Worthington is the lead in big budget flicks.
