Stupid Warranty Question here:

Do you have to send in the Panasonic Product Analysis card? Is that your warranty? Also, where do I find the Model No. (is it just dvx100a?). Also where do I find the Serial No.? Thanks. Tim.

tim- My guess is that this card is part of their marketing? For warranty repairs, I have had to send in a copy of the receipt and that was it. Who knows, maybe they keep track of those things..

I never sent mine in... I proved it was a legit DVX by showing a copy of the sales receipt from EVS.

I have one of those. He's kind of sensitive about the "b" word though. He prefers "He that was born of lust and ignorance"

Ok, cool. I'll send it in as I think I lost the receipt cuz I'm stupid and irresponsible.

Slimothy- Where did you get it? I know that when I misplaced mine Rush just sent me a pdf copy of it. See if you can get a new copy.

I got it at EVS. Good thing cuz I'm going to head down to EVS next week or so to buy some things and I'll see if he can get it ready for me. Thanks TC
