I think I may have accidentally screwed myself over. I didn't send in my warranty card when I got my DVX.

I may still have it laying around. But is there still hope for me to get a working warranty?
 
I never sent mine in and all three warranty issues were covered. I did have the repairs done at point of sale though
 
Do you still have your sales receipt? Thats all you really need. Warranty cards, with all their questions, are really more for the marketing dept than they are for the repair depts. I think its even US law, that all you need is proof of purchase for warranty work, whether you sent the card in or not. As long as its not gray market of course.
 
I should have something for the reciept. I bought it off of buydig so its not gray market.
Cool. its nice to know I'm not up a creek if something happens to my camera. :laugh:
 
I believe Jan has said before that BuyDig is -not- an authorized dealer.

I recently had my camera serviced under warranty, having never sent in my warranty card. Copy of the order confirmation was all I needed to prove the purchase date and have the work done. You'll be fine.
