W/B in Vegas?

I spent two days filming one scene and some how I must have mess up not getting my W/B shot during day one. Anyway as you must have already figure out the colors are different between each day. A friend of mine told me that he thought I could still w/b my scenes together so everything matched in Vegas Pro 9. Thanks

Take a look at this plugin I found link in another post. I beleive its for Vegas Pro 10 only, but you can download VP10 trial version for the repair.

Yes, I can thoroughly recommend this White Balance Plug In and use it a lot. Sherlock's right, though! It's only available for Vegas 10 (both 32 and 64 bit).

The alternative is to use Colour Corrector. Take the left eye dropper under the right wheel and identify the palest part of the scene (preferably white if it's in there). Then use the left eye dropper under the middle wheel to identify a medium tone. This should do the trick without having to use the left eye-dropper under the left wheel on a dark tone.

Thanks I will try the colour corrector first. I only have Vegas Pro 9.

Yeah, the built-in colour corrector works but isn't too intuitive. Getting the WB in one scene to look ok is fairly easy, but getting two separate scenes to match can be difficult.

Yes, and I should have added that the Plug In is far quicker and much simpler.
