Voice Over Contract?

Man, life just continues to be great for me...

I've got a very cool actor to do a voice over narration for a CD I did.

I want to protect him more than try and contract him to us... he's doing it as a huge favor.

Any ideas thoughts?

Is there a standard form?

Seriously, his agent should be able to, at least, give you the info needed to make sure he is covered.

I have a contract I wrote for some narration work a while back. The deal fell through so who knows how legally solid my contract is, but you're welcome to a copy of it if you want.
