Vocas USBP-15 MKII vs ARRI Broadcast Plate - Experiences?

Hi guys

I need a new plate for my shoulder rig and have narrowed it to either the Vocas USBP-15 MKII, probably with the Vocas Shoulder Pad Wide, or the ARRI Broadast Plate for C300mkII. Problem is that I won't be able to see either one in person prior to purchasing, so I'm looking for anyone who have experience with either one of these to give me some pointers.

They both have their pro's and con's, but my main concern is stability and comfort when shooting all day from the shoulder. The shoulder pad on the ARRI definetly looks to be more comfortable then the Vocas, maybe a little less so if using the Vocas Shoulder Pad Wide accessory. The wider Vocas pad looks very flat compared to ARRI's, but I've only seen them in pictures so I may be wrong. If I can I want to avoid having to combat a slanted rig as much as I can.

The ARRI plate has wide "arms" at the rear to stabilize the rig when set on the ground. I'm not sure if the Vocas is flat at the rear or if there is a bump of sorts because of the vct hook adjustment, but being able to set it down on a flat surface is a big plus.

My two (minor) concerns with the ARRI plate: First, the rosettes on the ARRI looks a bit off to me as they come quite far out to the sides, well the right hand side one at least, probably wont use the left one. If I attach my grip to this rosette and keep it somewhat close to the lens as I prefer, will that put my grip and my hand so far away from my body that my arm will be in an awkward and uncomfortable position? Second: The ARRI puts the camera a little higher up on the shoulder then the Vocas, but from what I understand the camera height on the ARRI is good. Thoughts?

I'm definetly leaning towards the ARRI, I just want to try to make sure the Vocas is not a better option.

Thank you for taking your time to read.
