It looks like I'm going to find myself creating a video news release for an NPO that my wife is associated with. I was wondering if anyone out there has experience with VNRs and can share some tips.
Specifically, since a VNR is designed to be shipped out country-wide, does that mean that they can be lax on broadcast specs like bumpers and bars and tone since there's no way to know what every station across the nation wants?
