I'm working on a project which is going to need a visual effects supervisor. I'm wondering if the best strategy is to use the supervisor from the company I'll eventually select or hire one independantly to the production and have them liase with the effects company?
If any of you have worked with either Eric Chauvin's Blackpool Studios or Sam Nicolson's Stargate Studios I'd be interested in hearing from you.
