Vimeo chaptering

Would anybody know if you use the replace video function in Vimeo on a video that has been chaptered would the chaptering be preserved?
I would be very grateful if any body could help.

Good question. Easy to test.

I just tested it. Chapters remain after replacing video.

I think it is time based. So when you change your clip a lot the chapters won't fit.

I also recommend view some alternatives to vimeo.

It's my clients new Vimeo account. They had decided that I was going to do it until I reminded them it was not in the original quote so would be charged for. They suddenly decided that I wouldn't do it after all.
